SnapOver edits photos you choose. This page covers the development app and this preview website.
Photos and processing
Only selected photos are uploaded. Single-photo edits use your chosen image; photo styles use the reference photos saved in your photo profile. Face checks run on your device. SnapOver does not train a personal LoRA or use likes and dislikes to train a personal model.
When real AI processing is enabled, selected images are sent to fal.ai to produce the requested edits. Provider processing is also covered by fal.ai’s privacy policy. A preview server may use clearly labeled sample results instead.
Account, purchases and feedback
The app creates a random account ID and keeps a session credential on your device. We store your jobs, credit balance, photo profile, result feedback and basic app-interaction events under that ID. Apple handles payments; the backend verifies Apple-signed transaction data and stores transaction identifiers, product, expiry and revocation status. We do not receive card details.
Retention and deletion
Single-edit source images are normally removed from our server after 7 days. Profile reference photos and the source for your first profile retake remain while the profile exists. Results remain in My Results until you delete them or delete your account. Removing a result does not remove a source photo shared with other edits.
Settings → Delete AI Profile removes the stored profile photos. Settings → Delete My Data removes your server account, source photos, results, profile, feedback, usage events and associated purchase records. A non-reversible transaction hash remains to prevent a purchase from granting credits repeatedly. Deleting data does not cancel an Apple subscription. Copies you saved to Photos or shared elsewhere remain under your control.
Preview website
The comparison examples and lifestyle photographs are synthetic illustrative assets, not customer photos or proof of an in-app generation. Sliders reveal saved images; they do not upload photos or run an edit. This website has no signup form, advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts. Hosting may keep access/security logs.
